Manchester, 22 March

All schools are to be Sustainable Schools by 2020 with sustainable development in the curriculum, modelling good practice on the campus and helping to deliver community cohesion.  This conference will explore how school leaders can work towards these goals through curriculum development and creating a whole-school community approach.  The conference is aimed at heads, governors, administrators and bursars.

Sustainable Schools:
Mainstreaming the curriculum for the school community
Merseyside 23 March 2010

This conference is for curriculum leaders across Merseyside and West Cheshire, Halton and Warrington.  It will bring together primary and secondary faith and state schools with NGOs (non-government organisations).  Participants will have a choice of workshop on the day.
The conference is at Liverpool Hope University conference centre.
